I recently attempted to purchase tickets for an NFL game. The tickets were advertised at a lower price compared to my usual ticket source. After making the purchase and receiving confirmation, I received an email about 20 minutes later stating that they were unable to process my order. I tried two more times to make the purchase, but encountered the same issue. Thinking it might be a problem with my credit cards, I attempted to use two different ones, but still received the same result. Unfortunately, they only offer virtual chat support, so I couldn't call and quickly resolve the problem. This experience has made me decide not to use their services again. Thankfully, I was able to obtain the same seats without any issues from my usual ticket source.

I sold my tickets but never received any payment. Additionally, the traced ID number provided to the bank is ineffective in locating the scammers. It is evident that they are fraudulent individuals.

I highly doubt that this is a legitimate business. On the day of my event, they sent me an email claiming that the seller had canceled my tickets. Subsequently, I endured a frustrating two-hour wait on hold as I hoped they would provide me with alternative tickets. Interestingly, both the website and other ticket sellers still had an abundance of tickets available. Ultimately, I ended up missing my show without receiving any refund. I strongly advise against conducting any business with these individuals.

SeatGeek is absolutely terrible! I recently attended an Angels game and purchased a parking ticket through SeatGeek for a whopping $75. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the actual parking fee was only $20! It was a complete waste of time and money to buy the parking pass online. I definitely won't be using SeatGeek again in the future.

My friend purchased three tickets for the Eagles vs. Washington game, but all we have received so far is a confirmation that we are waiting for the seller to confirm our order. It has been almost a month now, and we still haven't received any confirmation or tickets. We have tried calling, but there is no response, and our multiple emails asking for an update have gone unanswered. We feel like we have been scammed out of $541. I strongly advise against using SeatGeek, as it seems to be a scam. It's unfortunate that we have to be cautious about such things even in 2023.

I bought and had confirmed eight Taylor Swift tickets for June 24 on June 12. However, on June 23, I received a notification stating that the seller no longer had the tickets. They offered me replacement tickets, but they were worth less than half the value of my original confirmed tickets. Even though there were comparable tickets available, SeatGeek refused to purchase them. I declined the unsatisfactory replacement offer and ended up purchasing tickets on StubHub.

I recently had a disappointing experience with SeatGeek's password recovery process, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. I needed to buy tickets for an event that was happening at that very moment, but unfortunately, I couldn't access my SeatGeek account because I had forgotten my password. As soon as I realized my predicament, I immediately contacted SeatGeek's customer support for help. To my dismay, they informed me that it would take around two hours to unlock my password and regain access to my account. This was highly inconvenient since the event I wanted to attend was already underway, and I needed to secure my tickets promptly. The fact that it would take such a long time to unlock my password was frustrating and seemed excessive, especially considering the urgency of my request. I understand the need for security measures, but I would have expected a more efficient and expedited process, especially from a ticketing platform like SeatGeek. The lack of immediate access to my account put me in a difficult situation, and I was unable to purchase tickets for the event in a timely manner. This not only left me disappointed but also meant missing out on an experience I was eagerly looking forward to. While SeatGeek is generally known for its wide range of tickets and user-friendly interface, this particular incident has left me with a negative impression. I believe they should consider implementing a more streamlined process for password recovery or provide alternative methods for urgent situations like mine. I hope SeatGeek takes customer feedback into consideration and finds ways to improve their password recovery process, ensuring that users can quickly regain access to their accounts when time is of the essence.

The seat map on SeatGeek can be deceiving. Despite the presence of an arrow indicating a particular seat in a specific row, which I believed I was purchasing, I discovered after buying the tickets that they were actually located elsewhere in the same section, and much farther away than indicated by the arrow. Additionally, after purchasing the tickets, I was redirected to Ticketmaster, which was the actual holder of the tickets and where I was provided with information about my seats. It is important to note that the arrow displayed by SeatGeek during the ticket purchase process does not represent an exact location, but rather, at best, a row.
